I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a breathtaking location, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Schwaebische Alb. The staff here are consistently friendly and considerate, providing top-notch service that enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast served was simply outstanding with a wide selection of delicious items, and the coffee was of exceptional quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a balcony with an amazing view, allowing me to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding area.

It is part of an overall Spa and Therma complex. Very well-served and lot of possible out-doors activities. Restaurant is excellent and quite at good price.

The hotel is in a great location close to a spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. It was nice to have a balcony with a beautiful view. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with all of the necessary amenities.

The hotel was outdated and needed an upgrade. The corridors, reception area, restaurant, and bar all looked old-fashioned. The atmosphere was also geared towards older couples, which made for a somewhat unexciting stay.

The early check-in was not welcomed! The room was not really ready (no pillow covers) - Internet is not free (Euro 4.95/hr via Deutsche Telekom). Why a 4star spa hotel with mostly retired people does not have free Wi-Fi is beyond me ...

Located near a beautiful waterfall, it offers fantastic views of the surrounding nature. the rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. the breakfast selection is wide and delicious, with a friendly cook happy to make you eggs to your liking. the spa services are top-notch, and the staff is always attentive and helpful.

The decor is a bit outdated and could use some modernization to match the quality of the services.

The staff was very cute, friendly, and attentive. The location was perfect, situated right in the city center of this charming town. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh and organic options. the cleanliness was perfect throughout the hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic park view and was very close to the town center. the rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms and provided bathrobes. the hotel offered a discount to visit the nearby spa, which was a great experience.

The hotel could use some updating in terms of decor, as it still had an outdated feel. the breakfast served was basic without much variety offered.
